Content and Publishers
Submitted content – When submitting any content for publication you warrant and represent that you own all rights to your content or you have acquired all necessary rights for your Content that will enable you to grant to the “How to Do Site” the rights to publish your Content. You agree that you are responsible for any license fees and other financial obligations, of any kind, originating from any use or commercial exploitation of your Content. You recognize that the site does not have any “DRM” or other security technology features that would restrict someone from copying and redistributing your content. You acknowledge that you are at least 18 years of age.
Articles in a “How to” format are preferred, but not required. You may include two links back to your sites with your article and they will be active when published. Articles must offer some value to the sites users. Promotional articles offering little value and that are written with the sole purpose of promoting a specific product will be declined. Private information – If you are a Contributor and provided your e-mail address to us, we will not share your email address with any third parties. We will not share any additional information we may have received from you except when required by law.
Security measures – The protection of your personal information is very important to us. We follow normally accepted industry measures to protect your personal information submitted to us, both during the transmission and once we have received it. Despite this, no method of transmission over the Internet, or process of electronic storage, is one-hundred percent secure, nevertheless. Consequently, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we can’t guarantee its absolute security.
Site content – This site offers content written by staff members, user submitted content and article directory submissions. When the latter is used, it is in full compliance with the sites TOS and documented by us in the event any questions should arise.
If you feel an article of yours has been published in error by this site, please contact us with proof that you are the author of the content and if we violated any terms we will make adjustments or remove the content from the site promptly.

Note: Under Section 512 (f) of the Copyright Act one who knowingly materially misrepresents a claim of infringement is liable for any damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees, incurred by the alleged infringer or ISP injured by the misrepresentation, as the result of the service provider relying upon the misrepresentation in removing or disabling access to the material or activity claimed to be infringing.
If you are harmed by a mistaken take down (as poster or as ISP), you may be able to recover damages and your legal fees from the person who made the wrongful claim.
